Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of a regional strategy for categories under your responsibility.
  • Develop a regional category perspective, taking into account specific realities.
  • Work in a functional matrix, managing relationships between stakeholders, aligning interests, and building alliances.
  • Evaluate provider markets and design solutions that adhere to global guidelines.
  • Build and implement a regional plan for your categories, ensuring alignment with business strategy and global Procurement practices.
  • Understand market trends, providers, technologies, pricing, processes, and guarantee performance levels in negotiation and operations' needs in a sustainable manner.
  • Reduce internal costs for the Procurement department through internal improvements – in specifications, processes, performance, and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or economics.
  • Solid experience in purchase processes (strategic sourcing, negotiation, contract management, etc.) for INFRA, RH, and INDIRECTS categories.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and quantitative profile.
  • Strong sense of ethics and compliance.
  • Able to prioritize and multitask.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is desirable.
  • Advanced skills in MS/Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience in ARIBA is desirable.
