  • Provide exceptional customer support via multiple channels, including ticketing systems, live chat, and screen sharing tools.
  • Reproduce complex technical issues and troubleshoot system integrations.
  • Become certified in product demos and lead presentations to customers.
  • Participate in product development conversations based on client feedback.
  • Develop expertise in one or more areas of our product suite.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Active contribution to open-source projects and the engineering community.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous learning.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a client-centric approach.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux and programming experience.
  • Able to work a rotating schedule with weekend availability.
