**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and trilingual (Chinese, Portuguese, English) Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role will support department heads in managing daily operations and ensure effective communication within and across departments, particularly focusing on our operations in Brazil. Responsibilities include managing supplier information, payment settlements, contract management related to filming activities, and assisting with internal system optimizations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate Communication: Facilitate internal and external communication within the department, primarily assisting with Chinese and Portuguese dialogues. Act as a connection between different stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Supplier and Contract Management: Input and manage supplier information. Oversee payment settlements and ensure timely and accurate processing. Manage contracts related to filming activities in Brazil, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Operational Support: Assist department heads in managing the daily operations of the department. Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the team.
**Requirements:**
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher. Preference given to majors such as Advertising Design, Art, and Fashion Design.
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Chinese, Portuguese, and English, both spoken and written.
- Is a plus: Any experience in administrative support or a similar role, preferably within the fashion or e-commerce industry.
