We're seeking a Compliance & Banking Expert to lead our regulatory strategy in Brazil. This is an exceptional opportunity to combine hands-on execution with strategic leadership in one of the most dynamic fintech and crypto markets worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive regulatory licensing: Spearhead our VASPs license application and enhance Conduit's regulatory positioning in Brazil.
  • Partner with leadership: Collaborate closely with our Chief Banking Officer and Brazil team to align strategy and execution.
  • Enhance compliance & controls: Bring AML, crypto, and compliance expertise to support our products, operations, and processes.
  • Be hands-on: Balance day-to-day compliance and operations with strategic responsibility for licensing and regulatory relationships.
  • Grow partnerships: Support and expand banking partnerships across Brazil.
Requirements:
  • Solid AML/compliance background—preferably in payments, fintech, crypto, or banking.
  • Direct experience working with regulators and banks in Brazil.
  • Ability to operate seamlessly at both managerial/strategic and hands-on execution levels.
  • Strong understanding of crypto regulations and market practices in Brazil.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and excited to build in a global, fast-moving startup environment.
