- About the Role
- We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Manager to drive user acquisition, grow brand awareness and promote retention across our platform.
- As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute strategies to improve conversion rates, manage marketing channels, and run targeted data-driven experiments.
- With a strong focus on customer-centricity, you will work closely with our Marketing and Communications teams to create a culture of revenue growth expertise.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition, grow brand awareness and promote retention.
- Manage marketing channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and website optimization.
- Run targeted data-driven experiments to identify effective channels and measure CAC (customer acquisition cost).
- Work closely with the Marketing and Communications teams to create a culture of revenue growth expertise.
- Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant growth experience in B2B SaaS products.
- A growth mindset with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Previous experience in fintech or financial services is an asset.
