Job Overview:
As the Mid People & Culture Partner at edrone, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and developing our organizational culture, fostering a healthy work environment, and driving the growth and success of our team. You will lead all aspects of people strategy, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership position reporting to the Head of People and Culture of edrone with close cooperation with other executives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a people strategy aligned with edrone's overall business goals and culture, focusing on feedback and effectiveness.
- Promoting culture and ensuring all processes and interactions at the company are aligned with our values and attitudes.
- Driving initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent by creating an environment of growth and integration.
- Recruiting and sourcing top talent for key roles within the organization, working closely with a People Operations Specialist.
- Implementing performance management processes and tools to ensure fair and effective performance evaluation and feedback.
- Providing guidance to managers on performance-related issues, goal-setting, career development, and compensation.
- Supporting managers in developing their leadership and management skills.
- Identifying training and development needs across the organization and implementing programs to enhance employees' skills, knowledge, and capabilities.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and regulations.
- Acting as a business partner with the leadership team to identify and address organizational development needs.
- Leading change management initiatives and supporting the implementation of organizational restructuring, as necessary.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in HR roles, with a focus on people and culture strategy, talent management, and organizational development in big and small companies.
- Strong background in developing effective recruitment strategies and hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience in working in an international company, with a focus on building and maintaining exceptional culture.
- Proven record of fostering an inclusive work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work both hands-on and strategically, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- An advanced level of English (B2+, spoken and written).
- Experience in the technology or e-commerce industry is a plus.
