As a seasoned professional in Oracle ERP implementation, you will play a pivotal role in delivering SCM and manufacturing solutions to clients. This is a techno-functional position that requires strong technical knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.2+ and functional skills across Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, and WIP modules.
Key responsibilities include eliciting requirements from clients and stakeholders, applying domain knowledge and Oracle expertise to design and implement solutions, collaborating with offshore teams for custom development, and ensuring seamless coordination.
You will also provide client-facing discussions and presentations on fit-gap analysis, solutioning, design, testing, and cutover. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting root cause analysis for recurring issues and implementing suggestions to fix such issues permanently.
To succeed in this role, you should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least 10 years of relevant IT experience, including Oracle Mfg and Supply Chain projects, and minimum of 2 implementation experience as a supply chain consultant and 1-2 maintenance project.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential qualities for this position.
