Join our team and be part of a dynamic group responsible for onboarding new clients into our systems. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that all client intake is handled efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. They will also have experience working within an onboarding or KYC/AML environment and be familiar with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  1. Onboarding - Handle customer intake and keep brokers up to date with paperwork developments.
  2. Reporting Functions - Create and generate reports tracking revenues and customer activity.
  3. Accounting Operations - Oversee all TMG bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable + accounts receivable, Monthly PnL.
  4. Data Management - Ensure financial data is well kept and organized.
  5. Ensure compliance with the company's regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges.
  6. Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.
  7. Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values.
  8. Comply with Marex's Code of Conduct.
  9. Be aware of and adhere to internal policies related to your role or activities.
  10. Report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/or your supervisor as required.
  11. Escalate risk events immediately.
  12. Provide input to risk management processes, as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-10 years' experience of working within Onboarding/KYC/AML.
  • Experience in a sales environment with ambitions to expand into reporting, accounting operations and a more client-focused role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience in a regulated environment and knowledge of risk and compliance requirements.
