Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN), including addressing, switches, routers, wireless LANs, Active Directory, DNS, network performance monitoring, firewalls, content delivery networks, load balancers, and network functions virtualization on the LAN side.

They will also be accountable for private networks and the internet, as well as assisting in the adoption of network monitoring and data collection tools on the WAN side.

Additionally, they will support carrier trunking with the local network.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in both Portuguese and English, with strong written and spoken communication skills.

Valid Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification, or completion of a relevant course.

  • Cisco CCNA Certification
  • Experience in configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance for access/border/core networks with Cisco/HP Family equipment.
  • Knowledge of Fortinet/Huawei for network (LAN/WLAN) and security devices.
  • Experience with MS Windows OS, O365 E1/E3/E5, Active Directory, multi-factor authentication.
  • Experience in end-user support, diagnosing, and resolving problems in microcomputing, hardware, operating systems, telephony, videoconferencing, web conferencing, audio conferencing, and related areas.
