Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Network Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our network infrastructure.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the stability and performance of our LAN and WAN networks, including addressing, switches, routers, WLAN, AD, DNS, NPM, firewalls, CDNs, load balancers, and NFV on the LAN side.

You will also be responsible for private networks and the internet, and assist in the adoption of network monitoring and data collection tools on the WAN side.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Language Skills: Advanced Portuguese and advanced English (both written and speaking).
  • Location: Available to work on-site in Belo Horizonte.
  • Certifications: Valid Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification or in process (course completed).
