Role Overview
- The role requires an individual with strong business analytical skills to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- This position involves engaging with customers to showcase technical capabilities and address their concerns.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in pricing, IT projects, and office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing, ADM Infrastructure, Data and Analytics, GenAI, and Cyber Security is also essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Main Accountabilities:
Translate customer requirements into technical solutions - Engagement and Collaboration:
Showcase technical capabilities to customers - Technical Expertise:
Manage bids, create technical presentations, and engage onshore and offshore solution teams - Support Functions:
Support Relationship Managers to bring opportunities and understand customers' needs - Cross-functional Collaboration:
Be the bridge between Customer, Solution Team, and Delivery Team - Pipeline Development:
Support Sales team to build pipelines according to TCS capability/strategy and market trends
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: English Advanced/Fluent
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or related fields
- Business Skills: Business analytical skills
- Experience: Experience in pricing, IT projects, and office tools (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Tech Knowledge: Knowledge of Cloud Computing, ADM Infrastructure, Data and Analytics, GenAI, and Cyber Security
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales/Persales Experience: Sales/Presales experience
- Corporate Relationships: Corporate relationship with customers and suppliers
