
Strategic Partnership and Business Growth Leader

We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Partnership and Business Growth Leader to drive our partnership strategy forward in Latin America. This role will be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and will focus on building and growing strong partnerships that enable our business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in partnership development, with expertise in identifying and leveraging strategic partnerships to drive business growth. They will be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and internal teams.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team. The successful candidate will be driven by results and will thrive in a culture that values innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy for Latin America, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
- Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet partner needs.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform partnership development strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans that drive revenue growth and expansion into new markets.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in partnership development, business development, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of success in partnership development, with measurable results and outcomes.
