Technical Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will learn the intricacies of software products and deliver exceptional support to customers, partners, and internal team members through telephone, web meeting, and chat technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Find and communicate accurate solutions to issues reported by end users while using software products through analytical talent and strong troubleshooting abilities.
  • Work in a collaborative environment to provide unparalleled support to customers in various industries.
  • Multitask during calls to research technical issues while communicating with the customer and clearly documenting the issue.
  • Demonstrate a desire to help others with specific technical issues and understand the support process from the customer's point of view.
  • Contribute to the growth of knowledge bases by creating product documentation addendums.
  • Participate in software testing processes to ensure new versions are ready for release.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
  • Database knowledge is a plus.
