As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in advancing our HR compliance strategy.
","Key Responsibilities:- Design a comprehensive strategy to drive HR compliance excellence in our workplace practices and programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a locally relevant and globally consistent HR compliance strategy.
- Review current HR practices and policies to identify potential compliance risks and provide recommendations.
- Provide country-level program management for HR compliance, including project management of Integrity owned programs.
- Support HR compliance programs pertaining to government reporting, working time, data privacy, and all other areas related to employment law.
You will be responsible for providing direction and consultation to local HR and other partners on country compliance matters, including mentoring and supporting their role. You will also provide insight and leadership on complex compliance issues across HR.

","Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in HR compliance, risk management, policy development, or employment law.
- Ability to speak and write fluently in multiple languages.
- Experience leading cross-functional global projects and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of LATAM employment laws.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on drive and execution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
