HR Business Partner Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Human Resources team as a skilled HR Business Partner.

  • Hold regular meetings with business units and management, providing expert guidance on HR issues.
  • Analyze employee turnover trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies that increase retention.
  • Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and reducing legal risks.
  • Provide guidance and assistance in interpreting HR policies.
  • Resolve complex employee-related problems.
  • Assist international employees with expatriation assignments and HR-related matters.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in similar HR roles.
  • Knowledge of labor regulations in Argentina and Latin America.
  • Experience in the IT industry or regional responsibility (desirable).
  • Advanced English language skills.
