Senior Producer

Our production teams take pride in delivering world-class products and experiences. As a Senior Producer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our roadmap towards achieving our goals, ensuring effective prioritization of tools and features released.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead roadmap planning activities for initiatives, including feedback collection, requirements gathering, initiative build-out, feature breakdown, estimations, and resourcing.
  • Collaborate with discipline leads to determine time and people necessary to complete projects.
  • Provide transparent project status and risk communications to stakeholders.
  • Balance priorities, requirements, and critical timelines.
  • Cross-functional collaboration on development teams to complete initiatives.
  • Manage internal and external resources globally for resource allocation, budget forecasting, and actuals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working with online services, platform technologies, or SaaS systems.
  • Previous experience managing cross-functional teams in a production role.
  • In-depth understanding of game or platform development, software development process, and project management practices.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with light-touch production systems.
  • Effective communication skills across varying stakeholder levels.
