Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and supervise creative hard surface content provided by outsource partners.

This role requires strong communication skills, both with external vendors and internal teams, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in modeling, UVs, and texturing, as well as experience working in a high-pressure production environment.

Responsibilities
  • Establish clear creative direction for asset creation and convey this information to vendors effectively.
  • Collect and generate documentation, video reference, and examples of art asset production procedures to support external vendors.
  • Ensure consistency and technical readiness of assets handed off from outsource partners.
  • Communicate modeling and paint feedback to outsource partners, ensuring creative notes and goals are met.
  • Partner with the implementation team to ingest outsourced assets into the pipeline and engine correctly.
  • Deliver assets for the project and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the process.
Requirements
  • Experience shipping AAA titles across multiple platforms.
  • Proficient in various software packages, including Maya, 3ds Max, Zbrush, Photoshop, Substance, etc.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, customer-focused, and a great team player.
  • Clear and concise communicator able to deliver complex creative feedback.
