About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Product Marketing to join our team at Take Blip. As a key member of our go-to-market strategy, you will work closely with Sales, Product Management, Marketing Communications, Demand Generation, Customer Success, and Customer Support teams to drive growth and customer success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and evolve the product narrative and positioning for Blip's current portfolio and future products, working closely with product management to ensure alignment with the product roadmap.
  • Build and maintain a customer segmentation framework for Blip's key target audiences (enterprise, SMB, developers) to inform all marketing and sales activities.
  • Develop and maintain a sales targeting framework, mapping Blip's users, influencers, and decision makers within key customer segments, with clear archetype definitions and examples.
  • Build and maintain Blip's sales enablement library, including product collateral, developer summaries, product demos, webinars, tutorials, videos, and detailed customer case studies.
  • Lead the growth and nurturing of our community through various initiatives, including a champion program to recognize key contributors and empower them to lead within the community.
  • Develop and maintain a data analytics platform to support all marketing and growth activities, working closely with the marketing and customer success teams.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience building and shipping complex software products.
  • 5+ years of total experience in tech product marketing roles, with a focus on product portfolio development and demand generation, including at least 2 years of experience in enterprise software, cloud/SaaS products, or developer tools.
  • 2+ years of experience in a product marketing leadership role, with a significant track record of hiring and managing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud/SaaS and/or developer tools software purchase, development, and implementation business cycles.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product management, marketing, sales, engineering, customer success teams.
  • Experience with inbound product marketing activities, including market and competitor research, customer segmentation, and pricing frameworks.
  • Experience with outbound product marketing activities, including go-to-market strategy, marketing programs, PR campaigns, and sales enablement.
  • Experience with data analytics and growth marketing.
  • Fluent in English and excellent verbal and written communication skills, with Spanish knowledge a plus.
