We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in your territory.
You will identify, qualify, and close new opportunities for our products and solutions, establishing and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and industry stakeholders. You will also provide pre-sales consultation and post-sales support to ensure customers achieve optimal results with our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities for MGI's products and solutions
- Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and industry stakeholders
- Provide pre-sales consultation and post-sales support
- Comprehensive knowledge of molecular biology applications
- Hands-on experience with library preparation, lab automation, and system integration for sequencing workflows
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in life sciences or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and develop long-term customer relationships
- Master's degree in life sciences or a related field
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite
- English - advanced level, Spanish - intermediate/advanced knowledge desired
