Job Description

We are seeking a talented Financial Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between finance and business intelligence, providing accurate and timely financial data to support business decisions.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Data Analytics team to develop reports, analyses, models, and recommendations that enable us to gain a deep understanding of our business operations. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Track key financial metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial dashboards using advanced BI tools
  • Provide detailed insights into financial performance, trends, and variances
  • Analyze profitability and cost efficiency to identify improvement areas
  • Support audits and regulatory documentation
  • Automate repetitive financial tasks to improve efficiency
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Demonstrable experience in using SQL to derive actionable insights
  • Knowledge of Python/R and a desire to expand your knowledge
  • Experience with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English
  • Ability to gather, organize, analyze, and report large volumes of financial data with speed and accuracy
