Sr Technical Perfumer

">Description:
  • The Senior Technical Perfumer demonstrates leadership skills, builds and manages relationships with internal and external customers.
  • They complete the Organizational Leadership Program and are responsible for coordinating regional formula modifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Managing critical issues, interacting with creative perfumers, commercial teams, and external customers.
  2. Effective communication, sound decision-making, and problem-solving are essential skills for this role.

Additional Requirements:

  1. Leading and motivating teams, exhibiting strong project management skills, and ensuring regulatory compliance in reformulations.
  2. Modifying fragrances to offer lower-priced versions, managing material sourcing, and supporting rationalization efforts.

Qualifications:

Typically 8-10 years of experience in Technical Perfumery is required for this position.
