**Job Overview**

The role of the Project Manager is to lead and coordinate a project team's overall performance, scope, cost, and deliverables. This includes driving the charge with project direction, metric definition, and performance management.


**Responsibilities**
  • Manage strategic commitments, including projects and personnel responsible for delivery;
  • Manage client expectations, assist in project quality management by controlling risks, and serve as a point of escalation;
  • Manage resource planning and address performance-related issues;
  • Monitor project quality;
  • Manage projects together with clients and monitor project delivery;
  • Act as a point of escalation and manage any disputes or conflicts;
  • Maintain successful project planning and execution;
  • Identify, measure, and manage risks that directly affect success probability;
  • Coordinate resources, schedule, and budget for the project;
  • Oversee the preparation of pending lists before sprints, ensure user stories are sufficient on the product backlog, and resolve pending items before sprint start;
  • Develop the sprint plan and align with clients on user stories and dependencies for each sprint;
  • Remove impediments and conflicts between Scrum teams;
  • Escalate risks and problems to program leadership;
  • Report progress of Scrum teams for each sprint.
