Enterprise Applications Senior Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the company's digital transformation and deliver innovative solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement large-scale strategic projects that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

  • Refine requirements to execute planned outcomes efficiently and effectively
  • Drive new and improve existing processes
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business strategy and overall strategic roadmap
  • Support planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects related to Enterprise Applications
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation for Disaster Recovery Process
  • Estimate level of effort for required work
  • Recommend and develop solutions, driving them to completion from recommendations to ongoing maintenance
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, transforming them into technical specifications and solutions
  • Complete tasks as required of an IT delegate of relevant payroll and time & attendance applications
  • Configure compliant solutions meeting technical, security, and data privacy standards
  • Identify and lead optimization and process improvement efforts, implementing best practices to enhance system performance and user experience
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development of technical project plans and timelines
  2. Collaborate with resources across functions to effectively implement end-to-end solutions
  3. Create complete and clear documentation of changes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical role
  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and integrations
  • IT Project Management: Proven experience executing technical projects from planning through delivery
