
Business Growth and Customer Success Leader

This is a dynamic role where you will be responsible for driving business growth through sales, customer engagement, and leadership. You will be working with diverse teams to create solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development – Identify and develop target markets, design strategies to engage customers, and travel to host/attend events and visits to generate new leads.
- Sales – Manage a large pipeline of prospective applicants, engage consistently and effectively with prospects to maximize conversion, and build strong relationships with families to ensure the best support for students starting their journey.
- Leadership – Collaborate effectively across cultures with colleagues worldwide, contribute to regional and global team projects, and lead roadshows to present Hult’s programs to partner schools, families, and institutional partners.
- Customer Experience – Guide students through the full enrollment journey, from application to financial aid and matriculation logistics, connect with stakeholders via in-person visits, Zoom, phone, text, and WhatsApp, and identify & interview qualified applicants to assess fit and support the admissions decision.
- Bachelor's degree (required).
- English proficiency (required); Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- 2+ years of proven success in Sales, Business Development, or Recruitment (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to follow up and drive results throughout the sales cycle.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms (preferred).
