Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful transition of projects from implementation to operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed within defined scope, quality, time and budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead local workshops to ensure clients understand the scope of services and delivery model.
  • Help clients understand the implementation methodology and provide necessary support.
  • Onboard BAU operational teams and prepare payroll calendars and trusted source lists.
  • Provide access to client and Operations team members and implement local service delivery tools.
  • Coordinate and lead client and BAU Operations trainings to ensure readiness for go live.
  • Direct and plan the work, objectives, and resource models for transition to Operations activities.
  • Monitor delivery of the transition within agreed scope, quality, time and budget.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with strong communication skills, previous customer-facing experience and good English language skills. Relevant experience in HR and Payroll services delivery/operations is also essential.

  • Working experience in HR and Payroll services delivery/operations.
  • Payroll experience.
  • Experience in coordination between different stakeholders within an organization.
  • Strong communication skills, with previous customer-facing / liaison experience.
  • Good English, Spanish skills written and verbal (additional language is a plus).
