About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement site-specific health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Spearhead efforts to maintain high levels of personal safety, security, and environmental compliance.
  • Oversee site remediation activities and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive progress.
  • Liaise with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry trends, providing expert advice to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., chemistry, chemical engineering, or occupational health and safety).
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience within the HSE sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively across functions.
  • Aptitude for building relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, contractors, and external partners.
