Senior Health Safety Specialist

A key member of our team, the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Senior Advisor plays a vital role in supporting our HSE function.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with local, state and federal health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks and prevent incidents.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures and protocols for asset security.
- Lead investigations into accidents and incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Design and deliver training programs and create educational materials on HSE issues.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering and HR departments to integrate HSE considerations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Environmental Science.
- 5+ years experience in health, safety and environmental roles, especially in oil and gas and infrastructure construction sectors.
- Occupational Safety Technician qualification per Brazilian legislation required.
- ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications desired.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
