Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Deliver exceptional client service by exhibiting diplomacy, empathy, and professional competence.
- Oversee a team of health and safety professionals, assess client needs, track issues for patterns, resolve employee inquiries, prepare communications, implement total health projects, adapt to changing regulations, manage vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts.
- Proven experience and knowledge in multiple departmental activities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, including presentation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Effective problem-solving skills, utilizing specialized technical knowledge to identify, evaluate, and resolve complex interrelated problems.
- Able to recommend process improvements.
- Experience working with IBM, CH&S, and government regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
