The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in risk management solutions.

Key Responsibilities- Identify, solicit, and sell new and renewal accounts to drive business growth.
- Apply advanced technical skills to provide insurance solutions and manage client relationships.
- Manage an assigned portfolio to achieve profitability goals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with agencies and internal resources.
- Conduct sales presentations and training sessions for agents on products and services.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-7+ years of underwriting experience.
- 5-7+ years of experience in managing agency relationships for profitable business.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
- Experience in high hazard product liability underwriting.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor colleagues.
- Familiarity with advanced underwriting concepts and pricing methodologies.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and advocate for new ideas.
- Proven track record of driving agency growth and enhancing business relationships.
