We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Acquisition and Partnerships to join our team at LawnStarter. As a key member of our growth strategy, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and partnership management.
About Us:LawnStarter is the nation's leading on-demand platform for lawn care and landscaping services. Our vision is to be a one-stop shop for all outdoor home services. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, we have grown to 120 metro areas, raised $30 million in funding, and acquired our biggest competitor, solidifying our leadership in the space.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer acquisition and retention across various channels.
- Manage partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and mutual success.
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize channel performance, improve lead quality, and enhance brand reputation.
- Collaborate with product, sales, engineering, and customer service teams to align strategies with broader business objectives.
- Proven track record of success in managing high-stakes partnerships and optimizing channel performance.
- Experience in data-driven marketing, with proficiency in tools like Excel and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and inform strategy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A competitive salary range of $55-$65k USD annually, depending on experience.
