We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CX Global Training Specialist to join our CX Global team in São Paulo

The CX Training team is responsible for ensuring that our frontline teams are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and mindsets to provide exceptional service to our customers. As a CX Global Training Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and impactful training sessions to our teams across Brazil, Latin America, the United States, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of our frontline teams, including training sessions in English and Portuguese.
  • Translate business requirements into effective training solutions that guide employees in their current roles.
  • Perform needs analysis, scoping, learning project planning, and execution/deployment of training programs.
  • Develop online training materials using adult learning concepts and methodologies.
  • Identify updates and improvements to course content using analytical skills and existing knowledge.
  • Design and develop educational solutions, including quick guides, role-plays, and assessments in various formats.
  • Create reports and presentations about training activities for stakeholders and direct leaders.
  • Support course development for complex projects by providing subject matter expertise for instructional designers.
  • Collaborate with a global team, working extra hours, shift hours, or in other training locations as needed to support the global team and stakeholders.
  • Deliver training sessions, including instructor-led courses and virtual instructor-led courses.
  • Maintain classroom facilities, training centers, and equipment, ensuring learning materials are available for classes.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in training and development.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning and facilitation methodologies.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
  • Advanced English skills (mandatory). You will be tested.
  • Experience with customer experience in a tech company is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and Google Slides.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to execute within timelines, under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly self-driven, and results-oriented.
