Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized bilingual facilities supervisor to oversee the end-to-end operations of our short- and long-term rental properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to join our team and take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategize property pricing and manage cash flow effectively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with property owners, guests, vendors, insurance providers, and building administrators.
  • Develop and implement efficient facility management policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
Requirements and Qualifications:Essential:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in property management and facilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial management applied to real estate.
  • Exceptional English language skills.
Preferred:
  • International work experience.
  • Proficiency in property management software.
