As a key member of our global community, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and success of our team members. We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the HR function by providing full-service HR business partner/consulting support to client groups across Brazil (Rio & Sao Paulo).
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with local leadership teams and employees.
  • Influence the adoption of talent management programs that align with company values and leadership principles.
  • Coach and counsel managers to drive high organizational performance.
  • Ensure the success of key programs and HR initiatives, such as talent reviews, succession planning, on-boarding, hiring, operational improvements and employee development planning.
  • Participate in global HR initiatives, aligning with KPIs to measure organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop consistent HR processes that support corporate functions and comply with local law practices and corporate requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role is necessary.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential, with Spanish being desirable.
  • Ability to align HR strategy with business needs for a measurable impact is required.
  • Collaborative and customer-focused individuals with the ability to develop strong business relationships are preferred.
  • Experience guiding organizations through change is beneficial.
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo in a dynamic environment is necessary.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global matrix organization is required.
  • International software company experience is preferred.
  • Independent thinking and innovative mind with resourcefulness is essential.
What You Will Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
  • Ability to align HR strategy with business needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
