  • Coordinate the creation of job descriptions and skill maps for Engineering and Technology functions, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Cultivate relationships with universities, seeking close collaboration and alignment with our vision, including master thesis, dual masters, and internal rotation of engineers to fulfill competency gaps.
  • Develop a certified pool of trainers within the organization, ensuring they have the necessary skills and expertise to support the company's growth.
  • Engage with the company's strategy, responsible for communication and promotion, ensuring that our message is clear and compelling.
