Remote Job Site Operations Manager

This position is responsible for overseeing waste stream management and general department operations.
The role requires collecting, processing, and loading solid waste and recyclables for shipment. Heavy machinery operation, including front-end loaders, skid steers, and articulating forklifts, as well as industrial balers and tub grinders, are also necessary skills.
Responsibilities include weigh station duties, regular use of cargo straps, banding, pallet jacks, and power tools. The successful candidate will also provide ancillary support to the station's Spill Team, including on-call duties after hours and possible night shift duties.
Experience living on remote job sites, operating equipment, and familiarity with power tools and machinery are essential qualifications. The ideal candidate must be able to stand for up to 12 hours daily, lift safety regulation maximum weights, and perform functions requiring repetitive motion.
A valid driver's license and passport valid for six months after the end of the contract are required. US citizenship or permanent residency is also required for this position.
