Job Title: Finance Business Partner Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance organization, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance and partnering closely with leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, preferably in high-growth, multinational environments. You will be responsible for designing and delivering financial strategies that drive performance in new and evolving business divisions, owning detailed financial analysis and scenario planning, and identifying opportunities and risks.

About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to design and deliver financial strategies that drive performance in new and evolving business divisions;

  • Own detailed financial analysis, scenario planning, and reporting that influence decision-making at multiple levels;

  • Identify opportunities and risks, providing recommendations that balance growth with efficiency;

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting for specific business units, ensuring alignment with wider company goals;

  • Help design financial processes and systems that improve reporting accuracy and scalability;

  • Collaborate cross-functionally on projects involving product, operations, and data, bringing the finance perspective to business-critical initiatives;

  • Support and mentor junior finance colleagues, contributing to the development of a strong finance team.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or STEM; CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent qualification is a plus;

  • 6–8+ years of experience in finance, preferably in high-growth, multinational, or dynamic business environments;

  • Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to build financial models and deliver actionable insights;

  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering;

  • Some leadership exposure (mentoring, leading small projects, or supervising junior staff), with potential to grow into broader leadership;

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, comfortable working with both peers and senior stakeholders;

  • Advanced English.
