Key Accountabilities:

  • Execute HR-related tasks as needed, such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits administration, and performance management.
  • Serve as a key contact point for employees and managers to resolve queries and personnel-related challenges, providing guidance on key activities and processes within the yearly HR cycle.
  • Manage local labor market knowledge and ensure that HR Service Delivery is aligned to and compliant with local laws and regulations.
  • Maintain locally required records and ensure relevant (local) technology systems and database are up to date, accurate, and comply with legislation.
  • Ensure that personnel policies and procedures are followed, in line with global and local compliance needs.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on self-service transactions, HR portal navigation, and policy interpretation to facilitate self-support.
  • Generate operational reports and analyze data to identify continuous improvement opportunities for local HR service delivery.
Continuous Improvement
  • Implement operational procedures to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with People Services leads to understand and implement processes, focusing on employee experience and continuous improvement of employee life events.
  • Monitor overall service satisfaction with HR, business leaders, people managers, and employees.
  • Be part of Capability Expert Communities (SME role) to bring in the People Services perspective in the overall maintenance and improvement of HR Capabilities.
  • Participate in Local Improvement Committees to drive improvements in service delivery in close collaboration with HRBPs.
  • Contribute to COE's development of innovative people solutions and provide input to HRBPs on change and communications plans for large scale change programs.

Requirements include high level English Speaker and native Portuguese. 2-4 years of experience are preferred. HR Policy & Administration working knowledge, local legal frameworks and regulations, and common HR practices in employee relations, talent & learning, performance management, hr analytics, and compensation & benefits are necessary. Additionally, HR Technology and data savvy skills are required.
