**About the Role**:

We're seeking an experienced Executive Account Manager to help us deliver our purpose by building shared success with our customers. As a key member of our Sales team, you'll be responsible for achieving sales targets and individual goals, while promoting our company's image through quality sales and customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Sell Reckitt products: responsible for achieving individual sales targets in designated areas/clients

• Promote Reckitt's image to new customers with a professional approach and adequate product promotion

• Ensure correct product placement at the point of sale, observing merchandising guidelines and principles

• Implement trade marketing actions defined by the company

• Ensure correct use of investments, monitoring ROI and growth targets

• Collect and report relevant market information, recommending solutions to the National Sales Manager to optimize sales

• Analyze market data, general reports, and suggest insights and solutions

• Build persuasive sales, business follow-up reports, and support business growth

**The Experience We're Looking For**:

• Desired experience in the function or similar roles

• Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields

• Leadership, strategic thinking, argumentation, resilience, flexibility, customer orientation, analytical thinking, ability to interpret data and make decisions, dynamism, proactivity, and teamwork

**The Skills for Success**:

• Field sales, field sales management, shopper insights, category analysis, influencing, consultative selling, channel strategy, product planning, business acumen, sales negotiation, P&L management, strategy execution, operational excellence
