HR Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to oversee payroll management, benefits administration, and ensure adherence to local labor regulations. This position will be pivotal in managing the complete employee life cycle, from contract administration to onboarding and offboarding processes. The successful candidate will be proficient in both Portuguese and English, playing a vital role in optimizing HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Oversight:

Supervise and execute the payroll process, guaranteeing precision and punctuality. Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to ensure accurate payroll funding and reporting. Resolve payroll discrepancies and address related issues.

Benefits Management:

Administer employee benefits programs, encompassing health insurance, retirement plans, and additional perks. Ensure compliance with local laws and organizational policies. Support employees with inquiries and issues related to benefits.

Regulatory Compliance:

Keep abreast of Brazilian labor laws and regulations. Ensure all HR practices and policies align with local legal requirements. Conduct regular audits to verify compliance and rectify any discrepancies.

Employee Lifecycle Oversight:

Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from contract initiation to onboarding and exit processes. Develop and implement onboarding initiatives to facilitate a seamless transition for new employees. Oversee exit procedures, including conducting exit interviews and managing final settlements.

Recruitment Assistance:

Support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate evaluations, and interviews. Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of experience in HR operations, particularly in payroll and benefits management. Strong understanding of Brazilian labor laws and regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English. Ability to effectively engage with employees at all organizational levels. High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Enthusiastic, motivated, with strong communication skills.
