As a highly skilled and motivated individual, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support experiences for our valued customers.

The Opportunity

Responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving complex issues with professionalism and expertise.
  • Investigating problems and providing creative solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Interacting with clients to solve their problems and provide personalized support.
  • Performing triage, account provisioning, root cause analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting across various messaging platforms.
  • Provisioning accounts and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.
  • Leading and participating in customer-facing calls to communicate progress updates, action plans, and resolution details.

**Requirements:**

  • Advanced English language skills to effectively serve clients from diverse countries.
  • Enrollment in a degree program at a reputable institution.
  • Based in the São Paulo or metropolitan region.

**We're looking for an intern with:**

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • High ownership skills and eagerness to learn new things.
  • Good time management skills and initiative to make improvements and help the team.

**Nice to Have:**

  • Knowledge of Spanish.
  • Knowledge of bots and integrations with Whatsapp.
  • Experience visualizing data in Kibana.
