Job Overview

The on-site program coordinator will lead a team of Summer Institute participants through the completion of their annual social justice projects.

This role involves working collaboratively with our director in capacity building efforts, sustaining community partnerships, and organizing the Faculty Collective Retreat and Summer Institute.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of the Summer Institute program.
  2. Work closely with our director to build organizational capacity and sustain community partnerships.
  3. Organize the Faculty Collective Retreat and Summer Institute events.
