We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our business expansion in the Brazilian market. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase our market share. Your expertise will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
Key Responsibilities:Market Development: Develop and implement plans to expand our presence in Brazil, leveraging your extensive network and industry knowledge.
Sales & Business Growth: Lead sales initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding targets.
IB & Partner Network: Foster and maintain relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), enhancing our market penetration and driving business growth.
Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing local sales and business development team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all business operations align with local regulatory requirements, ensuring our compliance and reputation.
Brand Awareness: Represent our organization at industry events, networking opportunities, and market discussions to strengthen our brand recognition and establish thought leadership.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with another financial institution.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the financial industry, including trading, instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
Network: A strong book of clients and IBs is essential for success in this role.
Sales & BD Expertise: Proven experience in business development and sales, with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a team and drive business growth, with a focus on results-driven performance.
Location: Must be based in Brazil.
Language: Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
Previous experience as a Country Manager or Business Development Head.
An established reputation in the financial industry.
A existing team or network that can be mobilised quickly.
Ability to work independently and deliver key performance indicators.
