Remote Technical Skills Evaluator Job

We're seeking a skilled evaluator to assess and define technical competencies by translating general definitions into business-specific terms. You'll streamline our evaluation process by developing and interacting with internal systems and tools, which may leverage AI, to ensure seamless integration into business workflows.

  • Define key domains and refine skill definitions to ensure clarity and alignment with industry standards.
  • Create and improve assessments to evaluate a wide range of technical skills.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with teams to integrate assessment tools into workflows.
  • Create scripts and automate processes to enhance Talent Assessment efficiency.
  • Analyze assessment data to uncover trends and drive actionable insights.
  • Develop and interact with AI-powered internal systems for evaluation.
What We Are Looking For:
  • At least 2 years of overall professional experience.
  • 1+ year experience in Software Development.
  • Strong Python programming skills.
  • Experience in Data Analysis and Business Analysis.
  • Process Optimization expertise.
  • Django framework knowledge.
  • Advanced level of English proficiency.
