The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to the sales team, focusing on Dynatrace and advanced observability.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Deliver product demonstrations that highlight the unique capabilities of Dynatrace in addressing customer pain points.
  • Manage proof-of-concepts onsite and remotely, building key relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including innovation labs, expert consultants, account managers, and marketing departments.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a solutions engineer or similar technical customer-facing role.
  • Passion for innovative technology, technical sales, and articulating value to customers and prospects.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time. This role offers opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
