Job Title: Director of Sales Brazil

 

 

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed budgeted sales plans
  • Lead and motivate a team of Regional Sales Managers to meet quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal Legal resources to ensure accurate and timely revisions of rolling contracts and negotiation of new contracts
  • Work closely with Marketing and Strategy departments to understand key market dynamics

     

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed budgeted sales plans
    • Lead and motivate a team of Regional Sales Managers to meet quarterly and annual sales targets
    • Collaborate with internal Legal resources to ensure accurate and timely revisions of rolling contracts and negotiation of new contracts
    • Work closely with Marketing and Strategy departments to understand key market dynamics

       

      Requirements:
      • 7-10 years' experience in a director-level sales or marketing role in Brazilian markets
      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, and/or Marketing; Master's degree preferred
      • Strong leadership and coaching skills
      • Financial and analytical abilities
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
