
Sales Leader for Brazil Expansion

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed budgeted sales plans
- Lead and motivate a team of Regional Sales Managers to meet quarterly and annual sales targets
- Collaborate with internal Legal resources to ensure accurate and timely revisions of rolling contracts and negotiation of new contracts
- Work closely with Marketing and Strategy departments to understand key market dynamics
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed budgeted sales plans
- Lead and motivate a team of Regional Sales Managers to meet quarterly and annual sales targets

- 7-10 years' experience in a director-level sales or marketing role in Brazilian markets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, and/or Marketing; Master's degree preferred
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Financial and analytical abilities
