
Regional Sales Expansion Leader

Our organisation seeks a senior-level sales leader with a strong background in the LATAM energy sector to drive regional expansion and lead high-impact enterprise sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and convert opportunities within utilities, grid operators, ISOs, and energy companies.
- Engage with client stakeholders to foster trust and partnership, and represent the business at major industry conferences across Latin America.
- Partner cross-functionally with global product, pre-sales, and technical teams to ensure alignment and success.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record in the LATAM utility and energy landscape.
- Strong relationships with grid operators, utilities, and energy stakeholders in the region, including experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder, long-cycle sales.
- Fluent Spanish and English required; Portuguese highly advantageous.
- Gravitas, consultative sales ability, and resilience to work across both public and private energy institutions.
