Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager

Description: As a strategic business development professional, you will represent our organization in the enterprise customer segment, focusing on accounts with over 1,000 users. Your primary objective will be to grow this segment by directly engaging with enterprise customers and effectively communicating our vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Achieving quarterly and annual sales targets for enterprise solutions;
  • Establishing and maintaining C-level relationships to build a qualified pipeline and drive revenue;
  • Converting enterprise contacts into leads and managing end-to-end sales cycles;
  • Articulating the value of our enterprise solutions to C-level stakeholders;
  • Developing and anchoring customized value propositions for large enterprise prospects;
  • Positioning our specialized services (e.g., cybersecurity training, threat intelligence, Anti-APT) to enterprise clients;
  • Preparing and delivering proposals, presentations, and product briefings to prospects;
  • Maintaining accurate funnel reporting and CRM updates;
  • Collaborating with Partner Account Managers to secure deals through resellers/system integrators;
  • Owning the full sales cycle for new customer acquisition;
  • Monitoring the competitive landscape and cybersecurity market trends;
  • Serving as a trusted advisor, promoting our organization as the preferred cybersecurity partner;
  • Leading RFP responses in coordination with partners and internal teams;
  • Representing our portfolio at industry events, conferences, and seminars;
  • Relaying customer feedback and requirements to Product Management;
  • Aligning with global and regional sales teams to ensure consistency.

Requirements include:
  • 5+ years of direct account management experience in IT Security/IT Sales, with a focus on large enterprise accounts;
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas;
  • Established CxO-level relationships within large enterprises;
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities include:
  • Proactive, driven, and strategic in new business acquisition;
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills;
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity solutions is a plus;
  • Target-driven with a focus on revenue growth;
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and security trends;
  • Ability to prioritize and execute in fast-paced environments.
