Job Title: Regional Sales Representative

Weichai Power Co., Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our team. As the biggest engine manufacturer in China, we are looking for a high-performance sales professional to lead our sales activities in the Data Center Market in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement all sales activities for Weichai Diesel Engine and Gen-sets business in Brazil.
  • Lead the sales activities of the diesel engine and generator set business in the Data Center Market.
  • Design and implement sales action plans and strategies to achieve sales targets aligned with company top management.
  • Define price and product positioning in the country.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new distributors.
  • Plan and conduct direct marketing activities.
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
  • Conduct market research, competitor, and customer analysis.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities.
Requirements:
  • Relevant knowledge of Diesel Engine, Gen-set, and Data Center Market.
  • Proven track record in business development.
  • Knowledge of customer service.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • New distributors/OEM development and network setting up.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
  • 2+ years' experience in Gen-set Marketing (Data Center Market).
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
