Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition and People Development Specialist to join our team. As a strategic partner to leadership, you will identify talent needs and develop attraction and retention solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Talent Planning: Collaborate with leadership to identify talent needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  2. Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment and selection process, from profile definition to the final offer.
  3. Employer Branding: Develop and execute strategies to attract talent aligned with our company culture.
  4. Organizational Development: Participate in projects to improve employee experience and foster an inclusive environment.
  5. HR Analytics: Manage HR performance indicators and People Analytics processes to support strategic decisions.
  6. Consultative Support: Provide support to managers and team leaders, promoting best practices in people management.
  7. Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with market trends and implement innovations in talent attraction processes.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  2. Experience: Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Business Partner, or similar roles.
  3. Recruitment Knowledge: Knowledge of recruitment and selection methodologies, including talent hunting and passive candidate attraction.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical ability to interpret HR metrics and KPIs.
  6. ATS Experience: Experience in using ATS, preferably Greenhouse.

  1. Employer Branding Experience: Experience in Employer Branding and employer brand strategies.
  2. Certifications: Certifications in talent management or related areas.
  3. Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish.
