We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to drive our growth strategy in Brazil.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing a tailored business development strategy to expand our client base, identifying and nurturing opportunities through research, referrals, networking, and industry events, building strong relationships with law firms, family offices, wealth managers, and international advisors, and maintaining and growing existing client relationships while re-engaging former ones.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of offshore company structures, trusts, foundations, and estate planning solutions, as well as proven sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Marketing, or a related field (desired).
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or client-facing roles within a legal or corporate services provider.
  • Native Portuguese and fluent English required; Spanish is an asset.

A successful candidate will be able to stay updated on compliance requirements and evolving client needs in offshore structuring, generate leads and convert opportunities into long-term business, coordinate marketing and outreach efforts aligned with global business development goals, and collaborate with colleagues across jurisdictions to cross-sell services and maximize client opportunities.
